It is February and we are seeing RED!

Well, love it or hate it, Valentine’s Day is upon us once again. Do know what that means? RED everything. Red Hershey Kisses, red roses, red M n’ M’s, ok maybe The Boot Babe has an undying chocolate obsession but y’all know what I mean.  RED is the color of the month and I am here to tell you why that is a great thing Boot Babes!

The top reasons for embracing red are 1. It is National Heart Month! 2. It is Valentine’s Day 3. RED FRIDAYS!!  4. Red boots are always hot!!

So yes, it is National Heart Month and I want to take this time to remind you that women are greatly impacted by heart disease and we need to be proactive about our health. As much as it is great to save the ta-ta’s, we can’t forget our heart health as well.  It is also a great time to remind your loved ones about their heart health as well. So, to celebrate National Heart Month, I challenge you to wear red as much as possible in February. Better yet, make it red boots and when people ask you about you bright red boots and maybe even lipstick to match too, you can tell them that you are wearing red to promote National Heart Month and that Boots n’ Rags is the best store around for a red boot fix! What is easier and more fun that rockin’ some fabulous red boots for a great cause and to help you spread the word about heart health?  

Ahhh, Valentine’s Day.  Most people have a love/hate relationship with Valentine’s Day.  Let me tell y’all what, single or coupled up Valentine’s Day is still a cool holiday.  Why do I say this, well it is the perfect excuse for any Boot Babe to add some smoking hot red boots to her boot closet, there is candy everywhere, and love. Just think about it, it does not need to be romantic love.  Apply it to celebrating what and who you LOVE.  Nature, your horse, your family, YOUR SELF.

Take the time to reflect on why you are so awesome and unique and such a Boot Babe.  Single ladies and those with clueless partners, pamper and spoil yourself, don’t wait for someone else to do it!
