I'm just sayin'...

Y’all I am here to tell you, we need to have a little talk.  I know the Boot Babes sample sale took all your coins and left you with awesome Lane and Double D Ranch boots. That temptation was something else! What can be better than getting an amazing pair of boots at one heck of a good price? Let me tell ya, there ain’t much that can beat that!  So, relax, kick back in your new boots and enjoy because you deserve it!  Remember, money can’t buy happiness but it can buy new boots and that is sort of the same thing!

So there are some  other sayin’s out there that I do believe are quite true but there is one I just have to set y’all straight on.  Here we go!

"If Momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy."  This is the honest to goodness truth.  It is more true than I bet y’all realize.  As women, wives, mothers, daughters, Boot Babes, we give and give of ourselves until sometimes we run out of diesel and that is never a good thing.  When we run out of fuel our happiness goes right down the drain.  What makes us happy is often doing for others and seeing them taken care of , but y’all if we don’t love ourselves a little, we will run out of love to give and then Momma and everyone else will be unhappy! So, take care of you. Buy that great pair of boots for yourself and love them.  Spoiling yourself with new boots in a way is giving back to everyone else if it puts Momma in a better mood!

Now, I know there is more that makes us really happy than just that.  Boot Babes, we need to take the time and pay ourselves first for a change with what makes us happy.  Go smell your horse, watch the sun come up with a cup of coffee, wear the bright pink lipstick, grab that bubble bath, sip the wine (or tequila if you are like me), and love your new boots. Your family will thank you and the Boot Babe in you will too!  

"Nothing haunts us like the boots we didn’t buy."  Boy, ain’t that true! Sheeew, it is even more true if they are on sale!  If it is not getting to the unicorn first, being low on funds, or just because you are on a boot diet, missing the ONE GREAT PAIR will get in your head. So, I am here to tell ya, buy the darn boots if you can.  You will regret it more later if you don’t because if you get them and really need to let go of them, great boots are pretty easy to rehome!

Many times we want our special person to buy us something and we may just end up farting dust before that happens so y’all, buy the boots yourself!  Here is why: you get what you want, in your correct size, and he never has to know how much you spent! In all honesty, we deserve it Boot Babes.  We deserve it for all we go through in our boots, for all the love we give, and tears we cry and dry we need this boot reward and extra smile that comes with them.  

"Your husband called and said buy anything you want!"  Ain’t this how it should be?  Of course within reason and budget but Boot Babes, if you love boots and shopping in general, put a little aside in your boot bank for YOU.  This is your boot budget and spoil me fund! Shop smart because your piggy bank will go father than you ever imagined so you can get everything you want and still be married the next day too!  

Good boots ain’t cheap and cheap boots ain’t good!  Well, if the last month hasn’t showed the Boot Babes that this is bull, nothing will! They do what no one else can with such dedication to their Boot Babes.  So, don’t trust cheap boots unless you get fantastic boots at an unheard of price!  I promise they aren’t “cheap boots” but the prices will try to convince you otherwise.

So y’all that got spoiled a little or a lot this week, pull out those new boots from the huge sample sale and love every second of them! Strut your stuff because you know how good you look in them and only you know how little you spent because of  Boot Babes! You earned this treat so don’t y’all dare feel guilty because even if you got two or three pairs, think of the money you saved! It was like a buy one get two free sale or better so celebrate how thrifty you were and go get y’all some biscuits and gravy or BBQ to celebrate and to show off just a little bit! Oh, and when people ask about the smile on your face and great boots on your feet, let  them know how they can get to be a Boot Babe too!
