The Anatomy of a Boot!

Well y'all, I am a bit obsessed with needing to know what is inside things and what makes my stuff "tick".  To help with this, Lane Boots provides and excellent guide, and guess what?  Not even a single boot was harmed making this little dissection happen! Wheew!

This handy dandy chart shows y'all exactly why Lane is so great and why it is always true that it is what is inside that really counts! Don't take my word though y'all. Let the pictures speak their 1,000 words of truth.

This Boot Babe happens to love the turquoise sole, because if you put turquoise on anything, it immediately makes it better!  On the flip side of the sole though is the bread and butter of Lane. Y'all know what I am talking about! The cushioned  insole that makes your feet so happy, yes, that indeed is the good stuff!

Now, Boot Babes, the leather lining on these is something that not all manufacturers use but I am here to tell you that it makes all the difference in the world!  This is total comfort and for the Boot Babe with a fuller calf, no side seam rubbing you the wrong way is pretty darn amazing.

Aside from the comfort in Lane boots, I can tell each and every one of you that the studs on Lane boots stay put through the thick and thin of life!  I can't say that about all brands out there so that really is something to brag about! Boot Babes, quality matters no matter which boot you choose so look at the small details and compare your boots.  If you look closely, it is easy to spot the higher quality aspects of some boots v. others.  Take some time to take a  long hard look at your gorgeous boots and give them some love!

Let's look a little bit further inside some boots and there is not even an x-ray needed!  Lane did it for us! You can now see where with each different heel and toe, where it will pitch your piggies!  Yes, this is too awesome not to share.  It is literally an inside look at where your toes should be. Ain't that cool?  You can see how that with the various toes and heels, there will be a difference in feel and fit.  You should still be your regular size however, unless there is a high heel and then I always suggest sizing up to keep you loving your boots and to keep your feet feeling like your boots love them back.

Ok, Boot Babes, there you have it all in one neat little package. This right here is what makes a Lane boot  Lane and now you have a reference guide for how the boot you chose should fit you!  I can't take credit at all for this picture heavy post but I really wanted to get y'all this information in one place that you can bookmark for future reference when you are considering your next boot purchase.  Boot Babes help Boot Babes shop smart!

Love y’all and until next time, let your boots rock your socks!
